But, the fear of doing so can be enough, in some situations, to spark severe stress, anxiety, depression, and/or panic attacks. More specifically, these thoughts involve a fear, worry, or concern that you could do something “sexually violent” or “sexually inappropriate” to yourself or someone else.įortunately, you are unlikely to act upon these distressing thoughts.
